Permission for the following to a protected structure: (1) Permission for Retention for conversion of one no. duplex apartment, previously permitted over two floors (Apartment 5 on the second and third floor) into two separate apartments (Apartment 3 on the second floor and Apartment 6 on the third floor. (2) Permission for a material change of use of the first floor building from a permitted restaurant into office space and all associated siteworks.
