Permission for 1) provision of a drive-thru lane for the costa coffee unit, including a canopy and service hatch on the southern side of the unit, a height restrictor/ entrance barrier on the access lane, 3.5m wide drive-thru lane, and associated hard and soft landscaping. 2) provision of associated signage consisting of 3 no. directional signs, 1 no order station and 3no. menu boards/advertisement signs, 3)alterations to all elevations of the costa coffee unit, including the provision of new signage on all elevations, 4)associated alterations to the existing car parking layout including the removal of 6 no. existing carparking spaces and provision of 2 no. pedestrian crossings, 5) Relocation of new bin store to west of the Costa Coffee Unit. 6) An increase in the floor area of the building by c. 5sq.m and 7) alterations to landscaping, outdoor seating area and all associated development.
