Permission for the demolition of the existing 'Briar Hill House' a 2 storey detached house and the construction of 22 no. 2 storey housing units [8 no. 3 bed houses, 4 no. 2 bed houses and 10 no. 2 bed maisonette apartments] on site. A revised vehicular access is proposed off the R578 to the West of the site. Planning permission is also sought for the provision of 30 no. car parking spaces, drainage works, 24 no. cover bicycle spaces, bin stores, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site development works.
