Permission for alterations and extensions to existing dwelling consisting of the following: (1) The removal of roof over existing dwelling and to construct a new first floor extension over same dwelling, (2) To demolish existing extension to rear of existing dwelling and to construct a new part 2 storey / part single storey extension to the rear of same dwelling, (3) For alterations to the front façade of existing dwelling including the construction of new front entrance porch, (4) The Construction of a new site entrance to existing property and (5) To replace existing septic tank serving existing dwelling and to install a new secondary wastewater treatment system and tertiary filter to serve same dwelling and all associated site works and services.
