Permission for alterations, refurbishment and change of use existing disused mill building to cultural recreation and visitor centre, interpretive meeting space with function rooms, commercial space on ground floor with operational use of ground floor as retail/café space and apartment on level 3. This is a protected structure (reference cork RPS no 107). The development will comprise of a) alterations to ground, first, second and third floors of the existing structure, b) alterations to all external elevations and replacement of the existing roof, c) hard and soft landscaping to courtyard, d) entrance gates to the north and east boundary, e) all associated site development works and services (car parking and vehicular access from adjoining site) as per permitted drawings.
