Permission to construct new single-storey dwelling house. Proposed works to include : 1) new dwelling to be accessed via existing site entrance from public road, with proposed alteration works to provide new shared vehicle access/driveway arrangement between existing dwelling on site and new proposed dwelling, existing access driveway to be extended to serve new dwelling, 2) to install new wastewater treatment system to serve new dwelling, 3) new ancillary domestic garage, 4) all associated site works including new boundary treatments and landscaping works.
