Permission sought for construction of dwelling house (as a substitution for the dwelling previously granted permission Pla. Ref. No. 22/457). Permission also sought for the demolition of an existing outhouse so as to construct a new vehicular entrance and access road, for waste water treatment system and for all associated site works to serve said proposed dwelling
