This application is located within the curtilage of the protected structure (reg no:20907724, Church/Chapel). No works are proposed to the protected structure as part of this application. Permission is sought for demolition of single storey extensions to the northern side of existing community hall, and construction of 2-storey extension, comprising of 30 children creche facility at ground level; office/meeting space at first floor level; plant area to the roof with proprietary screening, and provision of pv panels to the flat roof of the new extension. The works will also consist of alterations to front boundary wall incorporating access-egress, an internal vehicular set-down area, a frontage with paved pedestrian area and associated site and landscaping works.
