The development consists of (1) Permission for retention of demolition of derelict dwelling house, (2) Permission for retention of log cabin style dwelling house, (3) Permission for retention of detached domestic storage shed, (4) Permission to make minor elevational changes to existing log cabin style dwelling house, (5) Permission to construct a single storey extension to south of existing log cabin style dwelling house using conventional construction methods and (6) Permission to decommission existing septic tank and install new wastewater treatment system.
