Permission to carry out upgrade works to existing playing pitch, more particularly; 1) replace existing pitch with sand based pitch, 2) erect 2no 10 meter high ball stop nets, 3) install 4 no. team shelters, 4) install athletic running track 4 lanes wide by 130 meter long, 5) install long jump and associated sand pit, 6) install 8 no. flood lights 15.0 meters high, 7) install 2.4 meter high perimeter fencing c/w 2 no. access gates, all in accordance with plans and particulars submitted
