Permission for Retention:- (1) The conversion of the attic to first floor habitable accommodation consisting of 2 no. bedrooms and a shower room, (2) The installation of velux type windows in the existing roof and, (3) The construction of 2 no. sheds to the rear of the house. Permission for:- (1) A single storey extension to the southeastern side of the existing house, (2) The relocation of a bedroom window to the rear elevation of the existing house and, (3) 2 no. additional velux type windows at the northwestern side of the existing house for fire escape purposes along with all associated site works.
