Permission for a mixed use light industrial/warehouse/commercial development comprising of 5 no. light industrial units with ancillary office space. The proposed development will also include associated site development works including but not limited to vehicular access, car parking spaces, footpaths, foul and storm drainage networks, water-mains, public lighting, landscaping and boundary treatment. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
