Permission for Retention for the following: (a) Roof configuration changes namely, the replacement of a flat roof by pitched roof on the northwest and the reconfiguration of the pitched roof at the southwest sides of our existing dwelling; (b) A new glazed entrance porch; (c) Extension to an existing garage building (d) A revised site entrance location and related site layout modifications, to our home.
