Permission for the following works at Fairfield Nursing Home: (i) construction of extension incorporating 10 bedrooms / 12 bed spaces and associated services, (ii) construction of separate extension incorporating staff changing facilities, (iii) removal of the following temporary structures : 2 no. mobile homes, storage shed and staff building with attached garden store, (iv) retention and relocation of existing detached storage building, (v) decommissioning of existing wastewater treatment system and installation of new wastewater treatment system including pumping station, treatment tank and tertiary polishing filter (vi) removal of part of existing hardstanding / carpark to rear of building and retention of remaining part of hardstanding/carpark and roadway (change of use from agriculture) and construction of new parking area at that location including removal of rock spoil heap, removal of existing public lighting and installation of new public lighting, and (vii) all associated site works
