Permission for the construction of the following; 1) two no. warehouse/light industrial units (Unit no. 8 & Unit no. 9) with ancillary office space, 2) construction of an access road, 3) signage, car parking, site fencing, site lighting, drainage systems and roof top solar PV panels and storm water infiltration basin and 4) all associate site development and landscaping works
