Permission for retention of demolition to detached storage shed noted as an alteration, renovation and change of use into café as per planning permission 23/6157 as well as planning permission for an amendment to planning permission 23/6157 which includes: (1) reduction of size of granted entrance canopy by 7.18 metres in length (27.23m2 in area), (2) continued use of 1st floor residence as existing, (3) relocation of granted refuse area, (4) relocation of café as accepted in planning permission 23/6157 to main entrance area and to form part of one building, and (5) alteration to the granted elevations and all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development.
