Permission to (1) demolish an existing dwelling house, (2) construct a new dwelling house to replace the existing dwelling house demolished, (3) the upgrade of the current foul drainage infrastructure by decommissioning the existing septic tank and cess pit wastewater treatment system and the installation /construction of a new tertiary wastewater treatment system as per approved planning application no. 22/5168, (4) revisions to the existing vehicular entrance arrangements to facilitate sightlines, (5) new vehicular entrance, (6) new rainwater soakpits, (7) ancillary works and (8) all other associated site works.
