Permission for 1) The demolition of part section of the existing laboratory and existing carpark spaces, 2) The construction of a new four storey laboratory expansion to the south of the existing site buildings, new entrance canopy and associated site works. Permission for retention is sought to retain an existing single storey modular building to the east of the site for use as a wellness centre. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Licence no. P0864-01.
