Permission for the construction of the following: (1) two no. warehouse/light industrial buildings (no. 8 & no. 9) which will be sub divided into 4 separate units (no's 8-1, 8-2, 9-1, 9-2). All units contain ancillary office space, (2) construction of an access road, (3) signage, car parking, site fencing, site lighting, drainage systems and roof top solar PV panels and storm water infiltration basin and (4) all associated site development and landscaping works.
