Permission for the construction of 11 no. dwelling houses comprising of 10 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached /townhouse units and 1 no. 4 bedroom townhouse unit and all ancillary site works. The proposed development is a change of plan from that previously permitted by Cork County Council planning reference 22/5853 and will replace 13 no. 3 bedroom townhouse units and 1 no. 4 bedroom townhouse unit. The proposed development also includes amendments to the permitted layout including minor alterations to the internal road layout and associated repositioning of a block of 5 no. townhouses. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance from New Street (N22) and internal road network permitted by Cork County Council planning reference 22/5853, serving the ‘Rás An Mhuilinn’ residential development which is currently under Construction.
