Permission for (a) Demolition of a side wing to an existing dwelling house, (b) Construction of an extension to the existing dwelling house, (c) Elevational changes to the existing dwelling house to provide for additional windows, (d) Partial demolition of existing farmyard buildings and change of use of existing farm out buildings to 2 no. residential apartments for short-term letting use, (e) Construction of additional floor area extra over to the existing footprint of the farmyard outbuildings and elevational changes to incorporate new windows and doors to align with proposed apartment layouts, (f) Installation of a wastewater treatment unit and associated percolation area and (g) All associated site works.
