Permission for the construction of a single storey retail warehouse (unit 3) to the immediate east of retail unit 2 permitted under application reference 20/4925; roller shutter door to the rear elevation; signage; rooftop plant; extension to the delivery yard area permitted under application register reference 20/4925; and all associated site development and drainage works on a site that forms part of the Mallow South Town Centre Development (under construction). The proposed development will modify condition no. 2, which omitted the proposed retail units 3 and 4, attached to application reference 20/4925. The proposed modified condition no. 2, will exclude the omission of retail unit no. 3. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
