Permission for construction of a building containing a retail area, store area, maintenance area with ancillary staff facilities and a machinery storage building and associated site works (change of plan to part of development permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 20/4048). The changes include changes to floor areas, internal layout changes, changes to elevations and also a revised location of the proposed machinery shed.
