Permission for retention of the following changes to dwelling house previously approved under planning reference W/97/4360: (i) installation of smooth render to walls of external elevations in lieu of natural stone finish, (ii) conversion of first floor attic to habitable use including the installation of 2no. dormer windows, 1no. gable window and 3no. rooflights, (iii) external fenestration changes to ground floor, (iv) changes to site layout and associated site works
