Alterations and extensions to existing dwelling house. The works comprise: (1) increase in roof height to existing two storey building and adjoining single storey accommodation, (2) Construction of breakfast nook extension, (3) Construction of extension and first floor bedroom accommodation to existing Music Room, (4) Addition of first floor gable to existing North Elevation, (5) Elevational changes, alterations to fenestration including construction of dormer windows, (6) Provision of new Waste-Water Treatment System in compliance with submitted Site Suitability Assessment, and (7) All associated site works. A stage 1 Appropriate Assessment Screening Report will be submitted with this application and will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority
