Permission for the demolition and replacement of the existing two storey dwelling house, along with the construction of a single storey extension structure, and the upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment system as per granted permission ref. 23/5977, along with all landscaping and site development work, including provision for a revised farm roadway. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
