Permission for the installation of a sewage treatment system for a dwelling house to replace an existing damaged septic tank, and for Planning Permission to Retain the following developments: 1) Single storey kitchen and WC extension to front of dwelling, 2) 2 storey Bay window to rear of dwelling, 3) Bathroom to North-Eastern side of building, and 4) A single storey pre-fabricated storage building in the front yard of the dwelling house.
