Permission for the change of use of the existing community gym into a community hub which will include a full day-care childcare service (over 2 floors), a public WC, CE workers office, works will also include a first floor extension and alterations to the elevations of the building that is the subject of the change of use and link extension with the existing pre-school and all associated site works.
