Permission for raising ground levels with inert soil and stone to improve the agricultural potential of the field. It is proposed to import and recover inert soil and stone under permit and/or as a by-product under article 27. It will include upgrade of existing field entrance, construction of temporary haul roads installation of surface water management measures, site signage and wheel wash for the duration of the works, and all ancillary site works.
