(i) Permission for Retention of detached single-storey shed consisting of a workshop for repairing drainage equipment, store for equipment spare parts and small machinery storage, (ii) Permission to construct a detached single-storey office building, (iii) Permission for material alterations and change of use from dwelling to store for equipment, (iv) Permission to carry out alterations at the road entrance to the property and (v) Associated site works, all of these are in association with the existing commercial drains business on site.
