Permission for: A) Extension and alterations to an existing fast-food takeaway restaurant at No. 98 South Main Street and No. 99 South Main Street. The extension will incorporate part of the ground floor of No. 99 South Main Street. The works include a change of use from an existing derelict public house to a fast-food takeaway restaurant on ground floor. B) Change of use of part of No. 99 South Main Street and 100 South Main Street from an existing public house and professional services use respectively to 1 No. convenience retail store with an off licence for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises on ground floor level and 5 no. residential apartments at first, second and third floors. C) Partial demolition of the rear of No. 99 & No. 100 South Main Street and the construction of an extension to provide a café/restaurant at ground floor level for sale of hot food for consumption on and off the premises and to 5 no. proposed apartments (as per point B above), D) Modifications to the existing street facades to include new double doors to No. 100 South Main Street and 2 No. velux windows and modifications of the existing window break up to No. 99 South Main Street. E) Construct a bin and bike store to the rear of No. 100 South Main Street and all associated site works.
