Permission for alterations to existing dwelling consisting of the following works: (1) For alterations to elevations of existing dwelling and to construct a new two storey rear extension to same dwelling (2) To block up existing site entrance and construct a new site entrance to serve existing dwelling and (3) To construct a new septic tank system and percolation area to serve existing dwelling and all associated site works and services.
