Permission for alterations to existing dwelling consisting of the following works: (1) For alterations to elevations of existing dwelling and to construct a new single storey rear extension to same dwelling (2) To construct a new domestic garage ancillary to existing dwelling and (3) The installation of a new secondary wastewater treatment system with tertiary filter to serve existing dwelling and all associated site works and services.
