Permission for the extension and redevelopment of the existing retail warehousing outlet and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development provides for the construction of an extension to the existing retail warehouse building to accommodate additional retail warehousing floor space at ground floor level with ancillary office, storage and staff welfare areas at mezzanine floor level and a sheltered outdoor garden centre display area. The proposed development also includes for the partial demolition of an existing storage building serving the existing retail warehousing outlet, to facilitate the construction of an extended storage building. Ancillary site development works include the relocation of the existing vehicular entrance to the site from Bakers Road, additional outdoor storage and surface car parking areas, bicycle parking stands, elevational signage and rooftop photovoltaic solar panels. Permission for Retention for the extension of the existing concrete yard and its use as an ancillary outdoor storage area. Permission for Retention for ancillary mobile structures which include a steel timber rack and canopy shelter which are to be relocated within the site.
