Permission for Retention for the construction of a revised two-storey dwelling house and domestic garage (change of plans to that permitted under 18/4541) to include the raising of the floor level and as a consequence the raising of the ridge level, the modification of glazing arrangements to all elevations, the omission of the stone cladding to the front (north east) elevation, the construction of a small domestic shed, the modification of the front entrance walls and all associated site works.
