PROTECTED STRUCTURE:The development consists of: Internal alterations & refurbishment works including the upgrading of existing mechanical & electrical systems to modern standard/regulations; provision of new timber windows & hall door to match original in lieu of existing non-original PVC; minor alterations to first floor bathroom; provision of internal insulation to existing external walls; minor internal alterations to studwork walls at ground floor; General decoration works; and associated works.
