The development will consist of; (i) demolition of attached single storey garage and utility room to side, and porch to front, of existing two-storey with attic accommodation detached dwelling; (ii) construction of part single, part two-storey extensions to front, side and rear; (iii) new bay windows, gables and entrance portico to front; (iv) single-storey canopy structures to rear at ground floor level to form covered terrace areas; (v) existing 2no. pitched attic level dormers at rear to be replaced with 1no. flat roof dormer; (vi) construction of single storey detached garden room to rear garden; (vii) Replacement of 1no. of the existing vehicular entrances off Ailesbury Road with a pedestrian entrance at same location; (viii) The proposal also includes; alterations to all elevations, rooflights, all associated landscaping, boundary treatments, site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
