Permission to demolish an existing single storey semi-detached dwelling and associated outbuildings and for the construction of an 8 house residential development consisting of the following:- 1 no. detached 4 bedroom 2 storey dwelling, 2 no. semi-detached 4 bed 2 storey dwellings, 2 no. semi-detached 3 bed 2 storey units, and 3 no. 3 bed two storey terraced dwellings, the construction of a new vehicular access into the site from the L-3617-0 local roadway known as the Carrigane Road, to construct all associated site development works to service the site including connection to local public services such as public lighting, and to Uisce Eireann water main, to lay foul water and storm water sewer systems on the site and to connect the foul water sewer to the existing foul water sewer located in the adjoining lands known as Fota Rock Estate.
