Permission to retain the following developments: 1) Removal of chimney on southern gable, 2) Installation of new window and 3) Replacement of double door with a new window, both on the southern gable. Permission for the following proposed developments: 1) Erection of a new porch to northern elevation, 2) Erection of a lean-to open-sided shelter structure to rear eastern elevation and 3) Installation of a double door to replace existing window from the kitchen on eastern elevation.
