Permission for the following works to existing detached dwelling house and attached store buildings: i) part demolition of previous extensions and demolition of attached store building, ii) construction of 3 no. extensions, iii) demolition of existing chimney stack and construction of new chimney stack, iv) minor fenestration changes to existing house including removal of existing external door and installation of new external doorway elsewhere, v) installation of 2 new rooflights to existing house, vi) installation of new wastewater treatment system including decommissioning of existing system, and vii) all associated site works
