1) Permission for Retention of existing container storage yard and ancillary facilities, including an ancillary storage building; and 2) Permission for i) The construction of an extension to an existing industrial/manufacturing building (Block B) on the northwestern part of the Business Park; ii) The demolition of existing office building and car park area, iii) The construction of a new two-storey industrial/manufacturing building (Block E) on the southern part of the site with ancillary office and staff facilities including reception area 2no. meeting rooms, WC’s, canteen, 2 no. offices and 1 no. open plan office space; iv) and associated ancillary development works including signage, bicycle shelter, car parking and external yard/storage area.
