Permission to construct a detached dwelling house (part single storey and part two storey), which includes minor amendments to previously approved dwelling house permitted under planning registration no. 24/5283, detached domestic garage, new site entrance, packaged waste water treatment system, polishing filter and all associated site development works. The proposed amendments involve minor changes to the ground floor plan, specifically the addition of 9.88m2 by enclosing the approved external sheltered patio area at the rear southwestern corner of the house to form part of the living accommodation and minor amendments to the approved rear and side elevation of the dwelling house.
