Permission for the construction of a new 151m2, 2 storey extension to the south western elevation of the single storey dwelling house, with minor alterations to the existing dwelling required to facilitate the proposed extension. Permission is also sought for a new vehicular entrance at the north west corner of the site, including new entrance piers and gates, with new driveway formed to connect to the existing dwelling house, including landscaping and all site development works.
