Permission for retention for the change of use of ground floor stables into living accommodation and incorporation of same into existing dwelling at first floor level. Permission for retention is also sought for renovation works to the existing building, elevational changes and an extension to the existing dwelling house, permission is also sought for the conversion of the existing agricultural entrance to residential access.
