Permission for 1) the change of use of the existing single storey detached dwelling on site to ancillary residential accommodation associated with the new replacement dwelling for use as a home office, 2) the construction of a new part single storey, part two storey, detached dwelling to replace the existing dwelling on site, 3) the installation of a new wastewater treatment unit and percolation area, 4) the upgrade of the existing agricultural site entrance to a residential site entrance, 5) the demolition of the existing road side storage shed to increase site entrance sightlines, 6) all associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has also been submitted to the planning authority as part of this application.
