Retention Permission of two outdoor covered seating areas and Permission for the proposed development as follows: (a) Demolition of two outdoor covered seating areas, part demolition of internal walls and the demolition of existing shed. (b) Reconfiguration of the internal layout to existing restaurant and bar area. (c) New proposed kitchen extension to existing restaurant and bar area. (d) New outdoor covered seating area with retractable roof. (e) Provision of bin storage area and all associated site development works.
