Permission for: 1) Part demolition of an existing two storey dwelling house and full demolition of an existing single storey rear extension and the reconstruction of the former dwelling house with part two storey and part single storey extensions. 2) Decommission the existing septic tank and soakpit and install a new waste water treatment system and percolation area. 3) Access from the existing vehicular road entrance together with all ancillary site works.
