Permission for the extension and expansion of the existing stryker innovation centre and all ancillary site development work. The proposed development provides for the construction of a four-storey extension to the rear of the existing innovation centre. The proposed development includes the relocation and extension of an existing surface car park to southern areas of the site, the provision of a multi-shelter structure accommodating bicycle parking and smoking area, rooftop PV solar panels, signage, storage yard and waste compound/recycling building, and a pedestrian/cycle connection to the existing greenway to the south of the site. The proposed development also includes minor elevational and internal alterations to the existing innovation centre building. A Natura impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
