Permission for: 1) the retention of the office building (building 3), services building (building 4), the connection link between office and services buildings, the pump house (building 6), the storage container (building 5), the machinery shed (building 7), all for uses ancillary to the horticultural nursery and 2) retention of change of use of the existing agricultural shed to principally include light horticultural activities, storage with ancillary staff welfare facilities (building 1). 3) Permission is sought for the installation of a wastewater treatment system and pump, upgrades to the existing yard including staff car parking and loading bay, the erection of new gates at the site entrance, decorative walls, extension of the existing internal access track, site landscaping and all other associated ancillary site works.
