Retention of works which include the demolition of the northern building and the link building, the infilling of decommissioned water reservoir, the construction of a replacement northern building, construction of a concrete wall, the regrading of existing internal road. Also change of use from factory to light industrial and for permission for the demolition of existing southern building and construction of a replacement southern building, replace existing post and wire boundary fence with new concrete wall and upgrade existing vehicular entrances ato the site and associated site works
